Baptism at Community Bible Church
Baptism at Community Bible Church is a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ and a necessary step of obedience for every believer. While baptism does not provide salvation, it symbolizes the inward transformation that takes place through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Through baptism, believers identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus and publicly share their commitment to follow Him.
At Community Bible Church, baptism is offered to those who have personally trusted in Christ and desire to take this next step in their faith journey.
Should I get baptized?
If you have trusted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior but have never been baptized as a believer, then yes. Baptism does not save you, but it is the first step of obedience for every follower of Christ and a public testimony of the new life He has given you. Before being baptized, you should be able to clearly share how you came to faith in Christ.
